Add Brand Elements to your Marketing 360® Payments Account
You can add your Logo, Favicon and brand colors to your Marketing 360® Payments account to customize the invoices and receipts that are generated by your payments activities.
Adding your Brand Elements
- Begin by logging into your account at https://app.marketing360.com/ and opening the Payments app, or directly at https://payments.marketing360.com/
- Once in the Payments app, click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.

- Select Branding from the left-hand menu.

- To add your custom branding, click on the Edit button in the upper right corner of either the Logos or Brand Colors sections. You can then either upload your Main Logo and Icon or adjust the primary and accent colors to those that match your branding.
Note: In the window that opens, you may find that some default items or elements may be empty.

Supported file types for logos are .jpg or .png, files must be at least 128 pixels x 128 pixels and no larger than 512KB in size. This should be a full-size rendition of your logo.
Supported file types for icons (sometimes listed as favicon) are .jpg or .png files, the image must be square and at least 128 pixels x 128 pixels and no larger than 512KB.
You can typically find and copy your logos and obtain your brand color codes from your Brand Profile. - Once your brand logos and colors are added, click Save.
How the Brand Elements Will Appear
Your branding is added to invoices and receipts in the following manner:
- The Icon is the main receipt image and is highlighted by your Primary color.

- Your Logo and Primary color appear on the invoices sent to your customers.

- The emailed invoices will feature your Icon and Primary color, and will feature your Secondary color as the highlight color.
