Add Facebook Messenger Chat to Your Store
You can add a "Message Us" button and a "chat" pop-up to your online store to let customers chat you directly using Facebook Messenger.
Note: These instructions are only available for users of the Marketing 360® Shop App.
Enable Facebook Messenger
Before you start, make sure you have a Facebook account with an admin or editor role on a published Facebook page. Otherwise, the chat button will not work.
To add Facebook Messenger to your store:
- On the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard, click on Other Channels and select Facebook Messenger from the menu that appears.
- Click Connect Facebook Page.
- Choose a business page that you would like to use to communicating with customers. Then click Next.
- Provide the requested permissions to Facebook and click Done.
- Click Save to confirm that the chosen Facebook page should be connected.
- Enter your store's URL and click Save.
After that, Facebook Messenger will be added to your embedded store.
You can edit the design of the Message Us button:
- On the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard, click on Other Channels and select Facebook Messenger from the menu that appears.
- In the Messenger settings section, navigate to Change button style, then click Choose Color.
- Select the design:

- Click Save.
Remove Facebook Messenger
When you remove the Messenger, the "chat" icon will also be removed.
To remove Facebook Messenger from your store:

On the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard, click on Other Channels and select Facebook Messenger from the menu that appears.
- Change Status to Disconnect.

How to Find Your Shop App Store ID
