Add Google Analytics to Websites 360

Add Google Analytics to Websites 360®

Google Analytics offers you a great and free way to monitor the different traffic going to your website. You can verify Google Analytics by adding the Google Analytics 4 Tag - also known as the G-Tag - to your website using the steps below.

Before you get started:

Note: You will have to remove any previous Google Analytics implementations on the website when you add the new Google Analytics 4 Tag.

Part 1: Create your GA4 Tag in Google Analytics

  1. Sign in to your Analytics account.

  2. Click Admin.

  3. Select an account from the menu in the ACCOUNT column.

  4. Under PROPERTY, click + Create Property

  5. Enter your Property Name (i.e. your website or business name), set a time zone, then click Next.

    Tip:
Include "GA4" in your Property Name to make it easy to find when connecting your Analytics account to Marketing 360.

  6. You can answer Google's questions about how you will use your account, but it is not required. Click Create at the bottom of the page.

  7. In the Property column, select Data Streams.

  8. A new menu will appear. When prompted to choose a platform, select Web.

  2. Select Apps on the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Click the Add Third Party App button, then select Google Analytics 4 from the menu that appears.
