Adding Local Delivery for Orders

If you'd like to offer local delivery using your in-house staff, follow the steps below to set up delivery options so your staff can hit the road to get products to your customers!

  1. To begin, click Shop App from the Marketing 360 dashboard or from the App Menu near the top left corner of the page.
  2. Click Shipping & Pickup from the left hand menu to access all shipping options.
  3. Click + Add Shipping Method to add a new shipping option.
  4. From the available shipping providers, click Set Up Local Delivery to configure your own custom delivery options.
  5. Select a method to price your local delivery.
    Method Description
    Free Shipping Set up a free shipping if you include the shipping cost into the products' prices or if you cover the expenses in other ways. Offering a free shipping encourages customers to complete their orders.
    Flat Rate Set up a flat rate to charge a fixed shipping fee on all orders no matter how many items are ordered.
    Custom Rates Set your own shipping cost calculation rules based on order price, number of items, or weight.
  6. Enter a shipping name to show customers at checkout.
  7. Enter shipping costs if you selected Flat or Custom Rates.
  8. Click Save & Finish.
