Allow Third-Party Cookies ("My Email Dashboard Won't Load")
If you receive an error upon opening your Email app that looks like the image below, then it is likely because your internet browser is blocking Third-Party Cookies.
If this happens, there should be a crossed-out "eyeball" icon in your internet browser's address bar (circled in the image below). To fix this, click that icon.

Clicking that icon will open your browser's cookie settings. Select the option Allow third-party cookies. After that, try opening your Marketing 360® Email dashboard in a new incognito window to see if it now works.
If you continue to hit roadblocks upon accessing your Email dashboard, please submit a support ticket to support@marketing360.com.
