Bulk-Edit Contact Type/Status
If you need to change the type or status for a large number of contacts in your CRM, you can do it quickly and efficiently using the bulk edit feature.
Log in to Marketing 360® and select the CRM app from the Global App Bar.
Select Contacts from the top navigation bar.
Find the contacts you want to edit and check the box to the left of their names.
Select the Actions drop-down menu.

Choose either Assign Type or Assign Status.
Select the new contact type or status you want to apply to these contacts.

Click Update Contact(s) to confirm your changes.
