Close a Customer's Subscription in the Marketing 360® Mobile App

  1. To view active subscriptions, navigate to the Payments dashboard, then click Subscriptions on the top navigation.

  2. Here, you can toggle between the current and scheduled subscriptions. Click into an individual subscription to view its details. 
  3. To cancel a subscription, click the Cancel Subscription button.
