Do you use a third-party form on your website, such as Jotform or WuFoo? Perhaps you have an e-commerce store and want to collect your customers' information. If so, you will want to make sure that all of those submissions are added to your CRM. To do this, you will need to manually sync your third-party platform with your Marketing 360® CRM. Note, that some platforms can be connected by other means, see here.
Before you begin, check your 3rd party form builder's settings and confirm that you have the ability to add multiple email notifications within their system.
After adding your new source, you can reset the connection. This is useful if an unwanted email makes its way into your Leads Inbox.
Resetting a source will clear out the imported content from Step 7 in the section above. It will remove any previous field mappings that existed for that source, and will delete the initial submission that was used for the Imported Content. This means that the submission count for the source will decrease by one. The source name and submission rules will remain the same and other prior submissions will not be affected.
To refresh a source, click the overflow menu to the right of the source, and select Reset Source from the drop down menu.
