Create a New Account in Your Agency

If you have an Agency in the Marketing 360® platform, you can create new accounts for your clients in your Agency dashboard.

To create a new account:
  1. Click the Agencies icon on the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Select Accounts at the top of the page.
  3. Click New Account.

  4. On the Create Account page, you will fill in two sections:
    1. User Info: Enter the email address, first and last name, and phone number for the user that will be the Owner and Primary Contact of the account.
    2. Business Info: Enter information about your client's business and select the subscription plan that they will be subscribed to.
  5. Click Create Account to confirm the account creation.
The new account will appear listed under the Accounts tab along with the other accounts under your agency.
