Create an Email Registration Pop-Up
When setting up an email campaign, it is important that you make it as easy as possible for users to add their email addresses to your list. You can create a pop-up form on your website that prompts users to sign up for your email newsletters.
- In the Email app, select Email Lists at the top of the page.
- This page allows you to create or manage Email Lists. To create a pop-up form for a brand new Email List, click the button labeled Create a new list and follow the prompts to create your new list. If you would like to create a pop-up form for an existing Email List, skip to the next step.
- Navigate to the desired Email List, click on the vertical ellipses (the three vertical dots) and select Add signup form.
- You will be directed to the signup form builder wizard. Select Your form will pop-up onto your site underneath the prompt asking How will your form be used?
- Use the signup form builder wizard to customize the appearance, verbiage, and styling of your form. When finished, click Save and publish.
- At the bottom of the page, click the link labeled View code. Copy the code to a clipboard.
You will want to paste the code in the footer of your website, to ensure that the pop-up appears on every page of your site. You can send the code to your website developer to embed on your website.
If your website is hosted by Websites 360®, then follow the instructions below. If your website is not hosted on Websites 360®, consult your website platform's support resources for how to embed third-party code in your site's footer.
- Select the Pages tab at the top of your Websites app.
- On the right-hand sidebar, under Global Content, click on Footer.

2.
- Select the (+) button at the bottom of the page or in between the content blocks, where you'd like to add the HTML block.

- Select HTML from the menu that appears.
- In the HTML block, place your cursor in the large text box, next to the number 1. Paste the pop-up form code on this line.
- In the code you just pasted, look for the http and add an s to the end so that it reads https. It should look like the example below.

- Click the blue Save button on the HTML block, then Publish your site.
Setting up email notifications
You can receive email notifications when someone joins your email lists. Subscriber notification emails give you an immediate overview of who your audience is, where they're from, and how signups are performing over time. Note that you may also be notified if someone joins the list through the CRM.
If you need to change who will be notified, please submit a request to our Support Team by emailing support@marketing360.com.
To change your new subscriber notification settings:
- Click on Email Lists.
- Open any email list.
- Select Settings in the left menu.
- Under Notifications and API, edit the Subscriber activity notifications (profile setting).
- Select which type of notification you'd like to receive. If you'd like to be notified instantly, select which lists you'd like the instant notification for.
- When finished, click Save preferences.
