Instant Payouts allow you to schedule immediate payouts outside of your standard payout schedule. 

Instant Payouts are only available for Marketing 360® Payments customers that are in good standing and meet certain criteria. To see if you’re eligible for instant payouts, please contact a Payments Executive at 855-462-3343. Learn more about instant payout eligibility. 

How to create an Instant Payout

Once approved, you may create an Instant Payout on the web version of Marketing 360® (payments.marketing360.com), or on the Marketing 360® Mobile App.

Note: Only the Account Owner may add a debit card to a Marketing 360® Payments account. After a card has been added, any Admin may initiate Instant Payouts. 

There may only be one debit card associated with a Marketing 360® Payments account at a time. 

Create an Instant Payout on the web version of Marketing 360® Payments

1. Navigate to Marketing 360® Payments. 
2. Navigate to the Payouts page. 
3. Click the blue Pay Out Funds button. 
   
4. Enter the amount you would like to pay out next to “Amount to Pay Out.” The standard payout limit per-day is $500. If you are interested in increasing this limit, contact a payments executive at 855-462-3343.
5. Add a Description for the payout. 
6. Payout Fees: The payout fee field will calculate based on the amount you would like to pay out (The Instant Payout Processing fee is 2% of the total payout amount). 
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Confirm the debit card that will receive the payout. This will be listed next to “Send payout to.”
8. If you have not added a debit card, you will be prompted to add one within Settings - Bank Accounts and Scheduling*.
9. When you have verified all information is correct, click the Pay Out button in the bottom right corner.

Create an Instant Payout on the Marketing 360® Mobile App

1. Open the Marketing 360® Mobile App.
2. Click on Settings in the bottom navigation, then select Payouts.
   
   
   
   
3. On the bottom of your Payouts screen, click the Pay Out Funds button. 
   
   
   
   
4. Then, enter the amount you would like to pay out by clicking on where it says $0.00, and using the calculator to enter the amount you would like send using Instant Payouts. When you have entered the amount, click Done. 
   
   
   
   
5. Ensure your Instant Payout amount is correct, and select a debit card in the "Pay Out to" section. 
6. Click the blue Pay Out ‘Amount’ button at the bottom of your screen to complete your Instant Payout. 
7. You will see a Payout Successful screen once we process your Payout. It may take a minute to show up in your account. 
   
   

Instant Payout Eligibility Guidelines

• 90-days of active processing within your Marketing 360® Payments account.
• A minimum of $15,000.00 in processing volume over the past 90-day period.
• No failed attempts to ACH fees and refunds from your bank over the last 90-day period.
• A positive chargeback history over the past 90-day period. For example, less than 1% of your chargeback volume compared to your processing volume.
• Instant Payout registration must be completed by the Marketing 360 Payments account's primary owner on record. This person must also be the primary owner of the bank account that is linked to Marketing 360 Payments. We may ask for identity verification.
