How to Read Your Digital TV Ads Report in Marketing 360

The Digital TV Ads report shows you exactly how your television ad campaigns are performing.

Eligibility Note: This report is only available for Marketing 360® Digital TV Ad customers. If you want to start running digital TV ads, please use the contact information at the bottom of this page to reach out to our team.


Read Your Performance Metrics

At the top of the report, you will see four key performance metrics. These metrics give you a quick summary of your campaign success.

  • View metrics on the graph: Click any of the four metrics to display its trend line on the visual chart.

  • See definitions: Hover your mouse over the information icon (ℹ) next to any metric to read a short description of what it tracks.

  • See daily data: Hover your mouse over any point on the graph line to see data for that specific day.


Filter Your Report by Date

You can change the time frame of the report to look at specific dates.

  1. Locate the date range filter at the top of the report.

  2. Choose your time range:

    • Pre-set ranges: Select a quick option like the last 7 days, 30 days, or 60 days.

    • Custom ranges: Click individual dates on the calendar to select a custom start and end date.

When you change the date, the top summary metrics and the Total Spend column will automatically update to show data from your chosen time frame.


Understand the Reporting Columns

The table below the graph breaks down your data by individual campaign.

This table includes five main columns:

  • Campaign Name: The title of your specific ad campaign.

  • Type: The specific style of Digital TV ad you are running.

  • Status: Shows if your campaign is currently running. If you restart a paused campaign, this status automatically changes from Paused to Active.

  • Budget: The spending limit assigned to the campaign.

  • Total Spend: The actual amount of money the campaign used during your selected dates.
