You can draw more customers to your online store by showing product reviews. Integrating HelpfulCrowd with your shop lets you display customer ratings and reviews directly on your store catalog and product details pages.

Install HelpfulCrowd

Follow these steps to add HelpfulCrowd to your store:

1. Click Apps > App Market on the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard.

2. Search for and select HelpfulCrowd: Video Product Reviews and Q&A.
   

3. Click the Install button on the app description page.
   

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

Once finished, the system adds HelpfulCrowd to your store's My Apps dashboard.

What Happens Next?

After installation, the app automatically updates your online store layout to display customer feedback in two key areas:

1. Catalog Pages

• Visitors will see each product's average star rating right on the main shopping grid.
  
  

2. Product Description Pages

• Customers will see the total number of reviews and the full text or video feedback when they click to view a specific item.
