The Form Settings tab at the top of the form builder lets you configure security, submission rules, and more. Use these settings to customize the user experience and control how new contacts are added to your CRM.
To reduce spam submissions, turn on the Enable reCAPTCHA switch.
Note: reCAPTCHA automatically turns on for any form with a credit card field and cannot be turned off. This protects your customers' credit card information.
Under After someone completes this form, you can control what happens after a user submits your form.
You have two options:
Send them to a different page: Select this option to redirect users to a specific URL after they submit the form.
Display a message over the form: Select this option to show a simple message on the page. You can add a title and a message to be displayed.
To receive an email notification when someone submits your form, click the Add Notification button and enter the recipient's name and email address. To delete a notification, click the trash icon next to it.
Tip: You can customize the email subject line for your notifications. Type
:formName
to automatically insert the name of your form.
All notifications are sent from the email address noreply@notifications.mymarketing360.com. If you do not receive the form notifications in your inbox:
Customize your form's submission button by changing the text. For example, change "Submit" to "Get a free quote!" or "Send Me Specials." A clear call to action can significantly increase your conversion rate.

After you enter your new text, click Save.
If you've used custom CSS classes on your form fields, you can define their properties here. Bootstrap classes don't need to be defined. Click Save when you're done.
Submission rules determine exactly how a new contact is added to your CRM after submitting a form. Click Submission Rules to configure these settings.
A menu will appear where you can set your rules:
Contact Type: Select a contact type for the new user.
Status: Choose the status to assign to the new contact.
Tags: Enter any tags you want to assign to the contact.
Assigned to: Select who the contact will be assigned to.
Round robin will assign contacts to selected assignees one at a time.
These optional settings let you control what happens when a user submits the same form more than once.
Toggle Enable Duplicate Submission Rules on.
Choose a Contact Type to use when a contact resubmits their information. Then, select whether the new type should be added to the existing settings or replace them.
Choose a Contact Status to use when a contact resubmits their information. Then, select whether the new status should be added to the existing settings or replace them.
