Enable Mobile Push Notifications on the Marketing 360® Mobile App

Enabling mobile push notifications can help you stay updated on important activity within your Marketing 360® Account. 

To set up Mobile Push Notifications, follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Marketing 360® Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play
  2. Make sure you have allowed notifications from Marketing 360® within your phone’s app settings.

  3. Enable Mobile App push notifications within your Marketing 360® Account.

 You may do this within the Mobile App, or on the web-based version of Marketing 360®. 

 

Set up notifications in the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Select the push notifications you wish to receive by clicking on the drop-down arrows and selecting Mobile App Notifications.

Set up notifications in the web version

  1. Click on the profile icon, then select My Profile.

  2. Select Notification Settings on the left side menu.
  3. Select the "down arrow" next to notifications you wish to receive, and select Mobile App Notifications.

Receive SMS Notifications

You may receive text notifications as alerts if you’d like, but you must opt into this service per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The text message content matches existing in-app notifications.

  1. Add a phone number
    1. Click the user icon in the top right corner, then select My Profile.

    2. Click Edit Profile.

    3. Enter a Primary Phone Number, then click Save Changes.
       
      NOTE: This notification will not be enabled unless you provide a primary phone number. You will see this alert if a number is not provided.

  2. Turn on text notifications using the steps above. You can receive text notifications for the following options: 
    1. Contact Assigned Updated
    2. Contact Assigned (this is essentially “new contact”)
    3. Contact Updated
    4. Lead Archived
    5. Lead Assigned Updated
    6. Lead Converted
    7. Lead Assigned (this is essentially “new lead”)
    8. Lead Updated
  3. Assign yourself to Leads and Contacts
    1. You must be assigned to a lead or contact to receive the text notification.
    2. Create a new lead or contact and select yourself from the dropdown menu in “Assigned to”.

    3. Or, edit any existing lead or contact and add yourself in the "Assigned" column.
    4. If you want to be notified of incoming leads, you need to add yourself to receive notifications on the form submission. Follow the steps in this support guide.
  4. Unsubscribe/resubscribe via text message
    1. Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe to notifications.
    2. Reply “START” to opt back in. If you cancel and resubscribe, you’ll receive a confirmation text.
