How to Use the AI Contact Summary
The AI Contact Summary is a powerful tool in the Marketing 360 CRM that’s designed to save you time. Instead of digging through multiple tabs to understand a contact, the CRM analyzes their entire history to give you a concise snapshot of who they are and what you should do next.
How it Works
- Visit a Contact’s Profile: Navigate to your CRM and click on any contact profile.
- Wait for Generation: Once the profile opens, the AI begins its analysis. It typically takes 6–10 seconds to generate the initial summary.
- Review & Act: The summary will appear at the top of the profile, highlighting key details and suggesting recommended next steps.

Refresh a Contact Summary: If you make a change to a contact’s profile, such as adding a new note or updating a custom field, you can refresh the summary to account for the new information. Simply click the refresh icon on the bottom right of the AI contact summary.
What’s Included in the Summary?
The summary includes insights from:
- Main Contact & Custom Fields: Basic info and any specific data points unique to your business.
- Activity History: A look at Notes, Projects, and Lists.
- Sales Data: Current and past Deals to track revenue potential.
- Marketing Context: UTM data and source history to show you how they found your business.
