How do I create a membership?

1. Go to Setup > Setup Packages & Memberships > Setup Memberships

2. Click Add New

3. Add Membership Details

  • Name is the name of the membership
  • Price is the amount to bill
  • Billing Cycle is how often to auto-bill
  • Service Package to auto credit every time the membership bills
  • Auto Expire Package checkbox if enabled will auto expire the remaining services within the
  • Service Package at the end of the membership billing cycle.
  • Display Order is the order in which to display the memberships in the drop down & setup.
  • Available for Self-Purchase if enabled the client will be able to purchase the membership online.
  • Client Facing Name will display when the client purchases the Membership online.
  • Description will display when the client purchases the Membership online.

4. Click Save
