The Content Library is a central hub for every social media post you create. Use this space to track post performance, update your media, and upload content in bulk.
Click the Create tab at the top of the Social app.
Select Content Library near the top of the page.
Sort Your Content: Change the order of your posts by sorting them by unapproved content, creation date, unused content, or media type.
Search and Filter: Use the search bar to find specific posts by typing in keywords or tags.
Switch Layouts: Click the card or list icons to change how your library looks. The library uses card view by default.
Both card and list views show key information for each post. In card view, these details show up as icons. In list view, they show up as columns:
The post image
The post title
The total caption count
The number of posting queues that include this item
The total number of times the item has posted
The rotation status (whether the post repeats)
If you want to stop a post from publishing without deleting it, you can pause it.
Find the content item in your library.
Toggle the switch to OFF.
This action removes the post from all active schedules so it will not publish.
You can upload multiple files at the same time to save time.
Click the gear icon at the top of your library.
Select Upload Images.
Drag and drop your files from your computer, or click to select files from your device.
You can also import media using these three methods:
Upload a CSV file to add content in bulk.
Import your recent posts from your connected social profiles.
Connect a Google Drive account. The system will automatically check your folder and import new media every hour.
Click the Create Content button in the top-right corner (or click the icon in the bottom-right corner).
Follow the on-screen prompts to upload your photo or video.
Write your own text, or click the AI tool to generate a caption automatically.
Review and save your new post.
Click directly on any piece of content in your library list.
Review the specific performance metrics for that post on the page that opens.
Click the three dots icon in the right-hand corner to make changes to the text or media.
