Marketing 360® Forms Migration Options After Downgrading

If you downgrade your Marketing 360® Base plan or Marketing plan to a website hosting-only plan, you will lose access to Marketing 360® Forms. If you are planning to downgrade, you should have a plan for how you will host forms on your website, as well as how you will collect the form submission data.

All CRM data should be exported from your Marketing 360® account prior to your downgrade, otherwise you will lose access to this data. Instructions on exporting your data can be found here.

Alternatives to Marketing 360® Forms

  1. Jotform: For more complex forms, Jotform is a great alternative and can be embedded on almost any website platform. Find how out how to implement Jotform on Websites 360®.
  2. Other third-party solutions: Most third-party form solutions use an embed code to add a form to your website. Here are directions on how to add an HTML Block to your Websites 360® site. For most instances, this embed code will be provided by the form builder.

Other website platforms

If you use a website platform other than Websites 360® but are using a Marketing 360® Form, then you will need to find a third-party form solution. We recommend Jotform as a standalone form solution that can be used on any platform.
