We are updating our pricing for Marketing 360® hosting subscriptions. 

This price increase, and plan consolidation, will allow us to streamline our support efforts and maintain current expectations in changing market conditions.

Why is my price increasing?

As market conditions continue to change, our fees associated with hosting and maintaining the platform are increasing. This price increase will cover those rising costs to ensure that the platform continues to operate successfully, and allow us to continuously improve the platform.

 

When will my new price take effect?

Your new pricing will take effect beginning with your subscription's regular renewal date in September. The day of the month of your renewal may vary based on when you signed up.

 

What if I didn't receive any notices of this increase?

Emails announcing the price increase were sent to the primary billing contact for all Marketing 360® accounts. If you did not see these emails, please check your spam folder and update your email clients safe sender list. If you would like to update the primary billing contact on your Marketing 360® account, then please email support@marketing360.com

 

What if I don't want to pay this new price?

As your business has grown over the years, you may find you're wanting more tools or a team to market your business. Bundling your hosting subscription with other Marketing 360® apps could possibly help reduce your costs or keep them from increasing. View your current subscription options within your Marketing 360® profile to see if there might be a better fit.

Alternatively, you can cancel at any time, just remember to do it prior to your next bill date. How to cancel your Marketing 360® subscription through your account dashboard
