Quickly Find Payment Details Using the Search Function
When looking for specific payment or customer information within your Payments app, you can save time by utilizing the search function. You can easily look up past customers, invoices, or transactions that occurred on specific dates.
Look for the search bar in the top-right corner of each dashboard to quickly find information.

Search parameters
Each dashboard of the Payments app contains unique parameters for you to use to look up information. Below are the available search parameters or categories that you can use to look up information for each dashboard. You can search using both words and numbers.
The available search parameters for each dashboard will appear in the dropdown menu underneath the search bar. You can click on a parameter to further filter your search.
Invoices
| Name: |
The name of a customer. |
| Email: |
An email address. |
| Number: |
An invoice number. |
| Created: |
The date that an invoice is created. |
| Due_date: |
The date that an invoice is due. |
| Balance: |
The dollar amount of an invoice's outstanding balance amount. |
| Total: |
The total dollar amount of the invoice. |
One-Time Payment
| Created date: |
The date that an invoice was created. |
| Amount: |
The dollar amount of the transaction. |
E-Commerce
| Source: |
The transaction source. |
| Created: |
The date that the transaction was created. |
| Amount: |
The dollar amount of the transaction. |
Customers
| Name: |
The name of the customer. |
| Email: |
The customer's email address. |
| Created: |
The date which the customer was created. |
| Balance: |
The numerical amount of the customer's outstanding balance. |
