Refund a one-time payment in the Marketing 360® Payments app

Refund a One-Time Payment

In some situations, you may need to refund or partially refund a one-time payment made in the Marketing 360® Payments app.


How to Refund a One-Time Payment

  1. Log into Marketing 360® Payments. 

  2. Visit the One-times Payment Page

  3. Find the charge to be refunded.

  4. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge and select Refund Payment. 

  5. The default refund is for the full amount. For a partial refund, enter a different amount to be refunded.

  6. Select a reason for the refund and, if you would like to, you can add a note in the add more details field.

  7. Click Refund.
