Refund Marketing 360® Payments Customers using WooCommerce

If you are using Marketing 360® Payments within a WooCommerce website, you can follow the below steps to issue a refund.

Issue a refund using WooCommerce

  1. Select WooCommerce>Orders in the left-hand sidebar of your website.
  2. Click the order number and name from the left column to open the order details.
  3. Scroll down to the order details and select “Refund” in the lower left hand corner.

  4. The refund editor view will open. You can now select items to apply the refund to; you may select all items for a full refund or individual item if doing a partial refund.
In the example below, we will do a partial refund for item SKU 301001. In the quantity box change the 0 value to 1, this will apply the amount of the item to the refund.
  5. Once you are done selecting the items to apply to the refund, use the checkbox to choose if you want to add the refunded item back to stock. In this example, the item will not be added back into stock.
  6. Click on Refund $XX.XX via Marketing360® Payments in the bottom-right corner.

  7. A warning box will appear to ensure a refund is not processed by mistake. Click OK to proceed.

When the refund is successful, it will appear under the Order notes.
