Creating a new connection - Navigate to the Leads Inbox within the Marketing 360® CRM tab and click on the Zapier menu option on the left-hand sidebar.

Click the + Zapier Source button.

Enter the name you would like to set for that Zapier Lead Source and click submit.

Lead Assignment Rules

If you would like the new leads coming in from your Zapier Lead Source to round robin to the available users you’ll need to update the submission rules. From the Leads Inbox, click the Zapier menu option on the left hand side. 

Select the action menu on the right hand side for the Zap Source you would like to edit and select Submission Rules.

The Submission Rules options will pop-up. Check the box labeled Round robin. Then, click the Save button at the bottom.
