Set Up "Low Stock" Mail Notifications

Setting up low stock notifications lets you know when a product's inventory is running low. This is especially helpful for items that need extra time to source or produce.


Enabling Low Stock Notifications

  1. From your Shop App dashboard, go to Catalog > Products.

  2. Open the product you want to edit.

  3. Find the Stock Control block and click Manage.

    1. Enter the number of items at which you want to receive a low stock notification.

    For example, if you enter "3," you'll get a notification when only three of that item are left.


    Editing the Low Stock Message Template

    You can customize the low stock message that you receive.

    1. From your Shop App dashboard, go to Settings > Notifications.

    2. Scroll to the Admin notifications section.

    3. Click Edit next to the Low Stock Notification.
