Set up Service Packages

Service Packages offer two benefits; either to schedule multiple services online at one time or to purchase multiples of the same appointment in advance.
 
To set up a Service Package with Multiple Services, for example a Spa Day Package that includes a Massage, Manicure and Pedicure:
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup Setup > Services Setup > Service Packages.
  2. Click +New to add a new service package.
  3. Enter the Service Package Name.
  4. Select the checkbox to note if the package is Available for Client Self-Booking.
    1. This will show this package available for scheduling online.
  5. Enter the Client Facing Name and Description to appear online.
  6. Select a Service.
  7. Enter Reps = 1.
  8. Update the Discounted Price field.
    1. Click + to add more services and repeat step 6 to step 8.
  9. Click Save.

 

To set up a Service Package with Repeat of the same Service, for example 10 Mens Haircuts:
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup Setup Services Setup Service Packages.
  2. Click +New to add a new service package.
  3. Enter the Service Package Name.
  4. Enter the Client Facing Name and Description to appear online.
  5. Select a Service.
  6. Enter Reps = X.
    1. Reps is the total number of repetitions included in the package..
  7. Update the Discounted Price field.
    1. Click + to add more services and repeat step 6 to step 8.
  8. Click Save.
