Social Listening Overview
The Social Listening page allows you to monitor how your brand's perception is defined around social media. For example, what are people saying about your brand? Are they happy with the content that you are posting, and how does it make them feel?
The Social Listening page on the Social app can pull information from X/Twitter to search for specific terms or hashtags. Note: You must have a linked X/Twitter account for data to pull in. How to link social accounts.
To navigate to the Social Listening page:
- Select the Activity Feed tab at the top of your Social app.
- Click Social Listening at the top of the page.
You can use the search bar to search for specific terms or hashtags. You can change the order in which the search results appear, and filter posts by keywords.
