Removing an Incorrect Review Source from Your Top Rated Local® Profile

Top Rated Local® Profile Showing Reviews for the Wrong Business

Top Rated Local® collects your business's online reviews by scanning Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) for links that include a visible "star rating" (review schema). If you notice that reviews belonging to a different business have been incorrectly synced to your profile, our Support Team can resolve this issue for you.


How to Remove an Incorrect Rating Source

To have an incorrect review source investigated and removed, please send an email to our Support Team.

  • Email Address: support@marketing360.com

  • Include the following details in your email:

    • Your Business Name

    • A link to your Top Rated Local® listing

    • A clear denotation of which Rating Source(s) are incorrect

Once our team verifies that the source is inaccurate, they will block that source from re-attaching to your profile in the future.
