Troubleshooting Google Ad Previews Not Appearing
When viewing your Google Ads in the Ad Previews dashboard, you may notice that some ads appear with a blank placeholder image and a message stating "Ad Name Unavailable".
If you see this occurring in your Ad Preview dashboard, then it is likely because the ad type is set as a "Responsive Search Ad" within your Google Ads account. Due to the large number of potential ad variations associated with this ad type, the Ad Previews dashboard will not display previews for a Responsive Search Ad.
If you would like to preview these ads, you will need to change the ad type. Log in to your Google Ads account, and navigate to your Ad Campaigns dashboard. Click on an ad to edit its ad type.
