Understanding Listing Statuses
Your Listings dashboard allows you to view the status of each of your listings. This article provides an overview of each listing status type.
To view the status of your listings, select Listings from the App Bar dropdown in the top-left corner of your Marketing 360® dashboard.
Location listing statuses
Status | Explanation |
Synced | Your listing is successfully connected and syncing. |
| In Progress | The correct business information has been sent to the listing site, but is still under review from the platform(s). |
Unavailable | Listings is unable to sync or submit information to the publisher site. |
Opted Out | If you opt out of a specific listing site, then you are unable to update, submit, or sync information to that listing. |
