Understand Lead Statuses

When you open the Inbox, you will land on the main Leads page. This page shows a quick overview of your prospects, listed from newest to oldest.

  • New Leads Metric: This counter shows how many leads are waiting for your review. A lead stays "New" until someone opens its profile.

  • Viewed Status: As soon as you tap and open a lead's profile, its status automatically changes from New to Viewed.

View a Lead Profile

Tap any lead's name from the list to open their complete profile. Inside the profile, you can view form submissions or listen to call recordings.

Use Quick Actions

Use the buttons at the top of the profile to contact the lead instantly or create a reminder.
