Viewing A Contact's Profile

Viewing A Contact's Profile

The Contacts page displays all your contacts in one place, but the rest of the client's details can be found in their individual profile page.

Click a contact's name to view their full profile. Here, you can see the full story, as well as take quick actions like updating their profile or adding new history items, tasks, or even uploading files like a project photo or invoice PDF.

Quick-Action Buttons

Contact profiles have quick-action buttons that enable you to call, text, email, or charge contacts by navigating to their Marketing 360® Payments customer profile. The charge button will be enabled when there is a Marketing 360® Payments customer profile associated with the contact.

Contact Info and Details

On the left-hand side of the Contacts profile, you’ll see contact information such as their name, phone, email, their organization, who they’re assigned to within your business, and more. These Contact Info and Details sections are standard on every contact’s profile, and the fields within these sections cannot be added or removed. However, you can fully customize additional sections and Contact fields using the Contact settings page. Learn how in this support guide.

If the contact that you’re viewing has an associated Marketing 360 Payments profile*, you’ll see a Sales dashboard appear on the top-center of their contact profile. This will list out their total sales, total transitions, and contact rank. Filter by date range to update these metrics, or select See All Sales to navigate to the full Sales tab.

*These sections will only show sales data from Marketing 360 Payment forms or the Shop App.

To mark a task as completed, click the checkmark to the right of the task. You can also de-select a checkmark to revert a completed task to an uncompleted state.

Red icons on a task will indicate that the task is flagged as Urgent.

You’ll see the task name, start/end date, and status within the Tasks table.
