Managing Your Website Profile and Information

Website Profile Settings

The Profile page in your Settings dashboard is the central place for entering important business details. This information can then be used to automatically populate on certain content blocks across your website, ensuring consistency.

To access the Profile page, click the Settings tab at the top of your Websites app, and select Profile on the left-hand sidebar.

Profile Details You Can Enter

The Profile page allows you to enter:

  • Business Info: Name, category, and timezone.

  • Address: Physical location details.

  • Contact Information: Primary phone number and email.

  • Hours of Operation: Your business schedule.

  • Social Media: Links to your social media accounts.

Change Your Website Name (Site Title)

Your website name controls the name that appears on your Websites 360® dashboard and the name that appears on internet browser tabs.

  1. Navigate to the Business Info section of the Profile page.

  2. Edit the text in the Business Name field.

  3. A blue checkmark will appear to indicate the change was successful.

  4. Click the Publish button in the top-right corner to make the change live.

The image below shows where your website name will appear within the Websites 360® platform.

You can use the business information from your Profile page to automatically populate on your website's Contact page.

  1. Navigate to the Pages tab and open your Contact page.

Note: The Contact page is the only page that allows you to link your business profile into content blocks.

  2. Add one of these three content block types: Address, Contact, or Hours.

  3. For each block, click the Hyperlink icon in the top right corner of the content block. When the icon is blue, the connection is enabled, and the block will automatically pull data from your business profile.

NotesNote: Once the link option is enabled, the fields in the content block will be populated with your profile information and cannot be edited directly on the page. To make changes, you must go back to the main Profile page in your settings.
