If you're looking to edit your Woo360 website and the Woo360 Builder is blank at the top, there's a good chance your Woo360 Modules plugin is the cause. You have two steps to fix this: disable the plugin then update it.
Majority of the websites we build today no longer use the Woo360 Modules plugin. For the quickest fix, you can just disable it. To do this, navigate to the Plugins and search for Woo360 Modules. Just below the plugin title you should see a link to Disable the plugin.
After disabling the Modules plugin, do a sweep of your website just to be sure nothing is broken or missing. If you find something out of place, you may need to update the plugin and reactivate it (see below).
If your Woo360 Modules version is 0.1.6, you can update the plugin by clicking the Update link under the plugin title.
If your Woo360 Modules version is 0.1.5 or earlier, you can manually update the plugin:
Attached to the bottom of this support article is a zip file that can be used to update the Woo360 Modules Plugin. To update the plugin, navigate to the Plugins and click the button at the top to Add Plugin. There will be another button on the next page to Upload Plugin. After clicking that button, it will ask for a file. Use the attached zip file. Once the file has been loaded, it'll ask if you'd like to replace the existing plugin. The answer is yes. Those steps will update the plugin! Since you disabled the plugin, be sure to reactivate it.
