If you have an Agency in the Marketing 360® platform, you can customize key details about your agency and control how information is displayed to your customers in the platform.
To access your Agency settings:
- Click the Agencies icon on the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Select Settings at the top of the page.

Profile
Click Profile on the left-hand sidebar to open the Profile settings, were you can edit basic details about your agency, and control what your clients will see on their dashboard.
Agency Info
Under Agency Info, you can edit the branding for your agency:
- Upload your logo
- Upload an image to use as the favicon that appears on a client's browser tab when using the platform
- Add your content information
- Add a tagline or description
Supplemental links
You can add custom external links that will display in the dashboard and within the app bar for all of your customers. Click Edit to enter the URL for the link and add the text that will appear on the link.
Owner
Set the Marketing 360® user account that will be the designated owner of the agency.
Users & Permissions
Click Users & Permissions on the left-hand sidebar to add and manage the users that have access to your agency.
Add a new user
- Click Invite User button at the top of the page.
- Enter the new user's email address, their name, and select a user role to assign them. See descriptions of what each user role entails.
- Under Website Permissions, you can fine-tune their access to agency-wide controls by checking or un-checking boxes in the list.

- Select the Invite User button to confirm your changes.
After you have invited the user, they will receive an email in their inbox. They will need to follow the link in the email to set their password and access their account. This link expires 24 hours after the invitation is sent.
User role descriptions
Role | Description |
Agency Viewer | View only access and download invoices. |
Agency Employee | All agency viewer abilities plus create accounts, modify task manager, process one-time payments/schedule a payment, edit billing details, add/edit credit cards. |
Agency Manager | All agency employee abilities plus create accounts, modify task manager, process one-time payments/schedule a payment, edit billing details, add/edit credit cards, transfer credits between LSA and Ad, and transfer credits between Content and Creative. |
Agency Lead | All agency manager abilities plus close accounts, undo a pending account cancellation, and manually retry sales. |
Agency Director | All agency lead abilities plus apply discounts, set accounts to monthly invoicing, and transfer credits between all credit types. |
Agency Admin | All agency director abilities plus manage agency details/plans, view settings tab, manage users, schedule repeating one time payments, manually override account statuses, withdraw and deposit credits, and transfer credits to different account (must be same credit type). |
