Schedule Email Campaigns

Your generated emails will appear as drafts in your Email App Campaigns Library
  1. Naming Convention: The email title will be the Blog Title, followed by the date and time of creation.

Notes
Important Notes: Generated emails are NOT automatically sent. They are saved in draft mode so you can review and customize them before they go live. You must manually schedule them. These email templates CANNOT be added to email journeys.

Key Review Steps:

  1. Review Content & Design: Check the AI-generated intro, actionable content sections, motivational wrap-up, and generated images. If desired, you can manually add a CTA button to your template design.
  2. Select Your Sender List: By default, the "All Leads" list is selected. Make sure to adjust your mailing list if needed.
  3. Verify Sender: Ensure your sender information and verified domain are correct.
  4. Manual Schedule: Once satisfied, you must manually schedule the email to be sent.

Automatic Branding Settings

The generator uses your Brand Profile to ensure every email is eye-catching and consistent with your business.
  1. Logo & Links: Pulls your main logo and website homepage URL into the header and footer.
  2. Social Profiles: Social media links are an exact match from the URLs filled out in your Brand Profile.
  3. Colors & Fonts: The button color pulls from your primary Brand Assets color, and the font is mapped from your first selected brand font.
  4. Business Address: Automatically pulls your primary business location into the email footer.

FAQs

What blog statuses can be used to create email campaigns?
Published and Scheduled blog posts.

What happens if my Brand Profile is not completed?
If your profile is missing information, the email will use standard fallback colors (such as black and grey) and will not include logos or social links.

How are the emails structured?
The emails are structured as HTML emails. You can easily swap out text, but you may have a harder time changing images or headings. We recommend formatting your blog post before turning it into an email.

Can I make email journeys instead of campaigns?
You can use the campaign as a starting point for automated emails, but it’s still going to be an HTML template.

What Social Profiles will be linked?
Any platform with a URL in the Brand Profile app will pull into the email template.

Are there any content limitations?
Our AI is trained to follow safety guidelines and will not generate content for prohibited industries.
