Emails from Woo360 site are sending from “via mail.madwire.net” or are being marked as spam - Woo360

If you send emails from your Woo360 site, you may notice that the sender email address is mailer.madwire.net.

The email address mail.madwire.net is the default "sent from" address for sending email on our custom Wordpress and Woo360 websites. This email address is created using a program called Mailgun. This ensures that emails are delivered and allows us to troubleshoot and track when they are not. While this ensures that emails will be delivered to the intended recipients inbox, it DOES NOT guarantee those emails will be delivered without the "Spam" tag.

Many email providers have different conditions they look for before marking an email as "Spam". On some occasions, the provider's spam filter checks to see if the sender domain matches the domain it is being sent from. Since our sites use the mailer.madwire.net domain as default, the recipients email provider may mark the email as "Spam" until the user has categorized it as regular mail or “not spam”.

You can help prevent your emails from being sent to spam by making sure your "sent from" email address matches your website's domain name. To do this, you will need to set up your own personal Mailgun account. Here is a guide that walks through how to set up a personal Mailgun account to work with Woo360.
