Learn how to connect your business's social media accounts to your Social app, including step-by-step instructions for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest.
Connecting your social media accounts to the Social app is the first step to managing your content in one place. This guide provides instructions for linking each social platform.
In your Social app, click the Settings tab.
Select Linked Accounts at the top of the page.
Click Add New, then select the social account you want to link.
Before you begin, make sure you have the correct login information or are an admin of the Facebook page you want to link.
Select Facebook from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in to your Facebook account when redirected.
Select the accounts you want to connect and click Link x Account.
Your connected Facebook accounts will now appear under Existing in the Linked Accounts section.
Select Google Business Profile from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in to the desired Google account and click Allow to provide access.
A code will appear. Copy it and return to your dashboard.
Paste the code and click Authorize.
Your connected Google Business Profile accounts will now appear under Existing.
Your Instagram account must be a Business Profile and connected to a Facebook Business Page to link it.
Select Instagram from the Linked Accounts page.
When redirected to Facebook, confirm you're logged into the correct account and click Continue.
You'll see a list of all the accounts you have access to. Click Select All when prompted to ensure you have the correct permissions. Note: this will not link every account, only grant access to publish.
In the next window, make sure all toggles are set to YES, then click Done and OK.
Finally, select the Instagram account(s) you want to link and click Link x Account.
Select LinkedIn from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in to the desired LinkedIn account and click Allow when prompted to grant access.
Select the accounts you want to link and click Link x Account.
Your connected LinkedIn accounts will now appear under Existing.
Select Pinterest from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in to the desired Pinterest account and click Give Access.
To set default boards to post to, click on Boards Linked: _ Default.
If you don't see all your boards, click Sync Account to refresh the list.
Select your desired boards and click Mark as Default.
You are now ready to post to Pinterest!
Select Threads from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in with your Threads account information and click Authorize app when redirected.
Your connected Threads accounts will now appear under Existing.
Go to Add New Under Linked Accounts:
In your dashboard, navigate to the Linked Accounts section (usually found under Settings in the Social app).
Click the Add New tab, then select TikTok from the list of available platforms.
Log In to TikTok:
You’ll be redirected to TikTok’s login screen.
Choose one of the available login options to access your TikTok account.
Grant Access and Complete the Link:
Once successfully logged in, TikTok will automatically authorize the connection.
Your TikTok account will now be linked to your workspace, and you will be redirected back to your dashboard.
Your connected TikTok accounts will now appear under Existing in the Linked Accounts section.
Select YouTube from the Linked Accounts page.
Log in to the desired YouTube account and click Allow to provide access.
A code will appear. Copy it and return to your dashboard.
Paste the code and click Authorize.
Your connected YouTube accounts will now appear under Existing.
In your Social app, click the Settings tab.
Select Linked Accounts at the top of the page.
In the Publishing column, click Refresh Credentials next to the desired account.
Override an existing connection. If the "Refresh Credentials" option is not available for the desired account, then you can recreate the connection from scratch. To do this, follow the steps to connect a new account, and log in with the credentials for your existing profile
