How to Manage Contacts and Payments in the Marketing 360 Mobile App

Manage your CRM Contacts in the Marketing 360® Mobile App

The Marketing 360® Mobile App helps you run your business on the go. With just a few taps, you can add new contacts, view profile details, and accept customer payments.


Add a New Contact

  1. Open the app and go to the Contacts page.

  2. Tap the + (plus) sign in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the contact's details.

  4. Tap Save.

Note: To create a contact, you must enter at least one of the following: a name, a phone number, or an email address.


View a Contact's Details

  1. Go to the Contacts page.

  2. Find the person's name and tap it to open their profile.

Tip: Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-left corner to quickly search for a contact by name, email, or phone number.


Use Quick Action Buttons

Inside a contact's profile, you can view their email, phone number, lead source, and creation date. Use the Quick Action buttons to connect with them instantly:

  • Call, Text, or Email: These buttons automatically open your phone’s default calling, texting, or email apps.

  • Charge: Tap this to immediately start a payment.


Edit or Delete a Contact

  1. Open the contact's profile.

  2. Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.

  3. To Edit: Change the information and tap Save.

  4. To Delete: Tap the Delete Contact button at the bottom of the page.


Charge a Contact

You can collect payments directly through the app if you have a processing account.

  1. Find and tap the contact you want to charge.

  2. Tap the Charge quick-action button.

  3. Select your payment type. Your options depend on whether the contact already has a saved Payments customer profile.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction.


Import Contacts From Your Phone

You can pull your entire phone address book into the app all at once.

  1. Go to the Contacts page.

  2. Tap the overflow menu (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Import Contacts.

  4. Tap OK when your phone asks for permission to share its address book.

  5. The app will automatically sync your contacts.

Sort and Filter Contacts

Organize your list to find exactly who you need. Tap the filter icon to access these options:


Filter Options

Narrow your list down by selecting one of these categories:

  • Assigned to: Filter by the team member managing the contact.

  • Source: Filter by where the lead came from.

  • Status: Filter by the contact's current business status.

How to apply a filter: Choose your category, select your criteria, and tap Apply. How to remove a filter: Tap the X next to the active filter, then tap Apply.

Sorting Options

Change the order of your list using these preferences:

  • A-Z or Z-A (Sorted by Last Name)

  • Newest to Oldest (By Creation Date)

  • Oldest to Newest (By Creation Date)

  • Newest to Oldest (By Last Updated Date)

  • Oldest to Newest (By Last Updated Date)

How to change sorting: Select your preferred order and tap Apply.
