Sync Your Bank Account to Payments

To process payments with your Marketing 360® account, you need to link your bank account to the Payments dashboard. You can only connect one bank account, and it must be a checking account that accepts both debits and credits.


  1. Log in to your account at app.marketing360.com.

  2. Click on the Global App Bar in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Payments from the menu. The Payments dashboard will open in a new tab.

Note: If you are not the account owner, you may need to ask them to invite you to the Payments dashboard.

  1. Inside the Payments dashboard, select the Settings tab.

  2. On the left-hand sidebar, select Bank Accounts & Scheduling.

  3. Click the Update button under "Bank Account settings."

You have two options to link your account:

  • Securely Link Bank Account: Click this button to use Plaid, a secure service that lets you select your bank from a list and log in to your online banking. This is the fastest way to link your account.

  • Manually Enter Details: If your bank is not listed, click the link that says Prefer to manually link your account? at the bottom of the pop-up window. You will then be asked to enter your Account Holder Name, Routing Number, and Account Number.

Once you have entered your information, click Update Bank Account.
