What emails will be updated?

This action will only update emails that are present in your automations that use one of your email templates. It will NOT update emails that are created using import html or plain text option.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This will only update email elements that are using your default email styling. It will NOT update text or email elements that have been manually styled using the in-line editing tools.

Example: Say you have edited a block of text in your email using the inline text editing bar. Because that piece of text does not use your default styling, it will not be changed by the ‘Update Branding” button.

Is there a way to review my email designs?

No. Clicking this button will automatically update all emails in your automation, and you will not be able to review the changes before they are live.

Can I revert the changes once I have submitted these changes?

No. Updates made using this feature cannot be automatically reversed. You will need to individually update your email templates to make changes.

Can I use this button more than once?

Yes. Each time the button is pressed the same process will kick off.  There just may not be any noticeable changes if nothing was updated in Brand Profile.

Will this formatting appear on new emails I add to my automation?

No. This will only update emails that are already tied to automations.  You would need to choose a template first and then select this option to update it with the branding.
