Update any settings that you didn’t review before. This is where you’ll add keywords if you did not do it previously.
Select up to 12 topics that you like.
You can click the regenerate button in the top right corner to have new topics populated for you. Note: This will only regenerate blog titles that have not been selected. So, you can select a few blog titles, click regenerate, and it will save your pre-selected titles, and generate new ones.
Select Click to Edit or Rearrange Topics to add custom topics or edit the titles.
You may also re-order the blogs by using the drag button on the left side of your blog posts (Blogs will post in order from top to bottom).
If needed, click the trash icon to delete them.
Click Create Content when you’re ready to generate the topics. The sparkle icon will show you the progress while your assets are being generated.
NOTE: This can take a while to generate.
Step 3: Review Your Assets
Locate your content under Ready for Review on the Overview page. Click Review to open the review page for each of your topics. Here, you will see all of your blog content, social posts with captions, and the email content, including images for each.
For the blog content:
Choose the Publish Date. The Publish Start Date is when you want your first blog to be published. Based on the frequency selected, the following blogs will be published daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly after that date/time
Audit the content for readability, relevancy, and accuracy.
Click the sparkle icon on the right to generate new content. You can select specific text you want to change and the system will offer you options to rewrite, lengthen, or shorten the selected text. You can completely replace it with your own content if needed/desired.
For the social content:
Ensure your captions make sense. You can edit as needed, including adjusting hashtags or adding/removing emojis.
For the email content:
Read through the content for readability and relevancy
For images:
You can regenerate an image by pressing the sparkle icons or upload your own image. When replacing an image, be sure to toggle on “Change in all locations” so the image updates in the blog, social, and email sections.
The alt title and description will auto-populate for you when you regenerate images.
Review and approve your content
Approve and schedule the blog, social posts, and emails separately or do it all together at the top.
Anything drafted will have to be reviewed in the corresponding app (Websites, Social, Email), only scheduled things can be seen in the CMPro Calendar. You must finalize any details in each app for drafted assets.
Social posts will automatically get applied to the end of the automated queue schedule.
