How to Use Content Marketing Pro

NOTE: Content Marketing Pro is only available for those who have a Content Marketing Pro subscription. If you do not see this option in your Blogs Collection, reach out to your account manager or (833) 203-9165 to learn more.

To use Content Marketing Pro:

  1. Navigate to your Blog Collection.
  2. Click Add Blog Post and select Content Marketing Pro.

Step 1: Create & Schedule Your Blog Content

Choose the Publish Start Date. The Publish Start Date is when you want your first blog to be published. Then based on the frequency selected, the following blogs will be published daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly after that date/time

Enter a Topic Prompt. This is what you want your blog posts to be about. This is optional, and can be left blank.

If you click “Click for Advanced Fields”, you’ll see multiple additional fields you can use to customize the blog creation process. These fields include:

Post Content

  1. Keywords: Add suggested keywords to your blog posts. These should be comma-separated, up to 5 are allowed.
  2. How keywords will be used: 3-4 keywords will be used per 300 words. Content Marketing Pro will scan each blog and prioritize the keywords you choose depending on the blog content..
  3. Hyperlinks: Add internal or external hyperlinks into your blog content (limit 3). Enter what text to add the hyperlink to in the Text field, then enter your URL or select a page from your website in the URL field. To have the link open in a new tab, make sure the icon to the left of your URL is selected and blue. Note: Text field must be unique for each hyperlink.
  4. Calls to Action: Automatically add a CTA from your Calls to Action Collection to your blog posts.

Image Generation Settings

  1. Featured Image: Select or unselect the checkbox to choose whether to generate a feature/hero image for each post.
  2. Content Images - Frequency: You can choose to add AI-generated images directly into your blog content. Use the dropdown to set the frequency of AI imagery in your blog post (none, every other section, every 3rd, or every 4th section).
  3. Placement: Choose where you want your images to appear: Before section header, after section header, or randomly. Here is an example of a blog generated with an AI image after the section header.

  4. Tags: Add tags to your blog posts for organizational purposes.

When you have completed these fields, click Next.

Step 2: Select your Blog Titles

Content Marketing Pro will take your information and create blog title options. Select up to 12 titles that you like. If you want to create more options, click the regenerate button in the lower left corner.

Note: This will only regenerate blog titles that have not been selected. So, you can select a few blog titles, click regenerate, and it will save your pre-selected titles, and generate new ones.

Select up to 12 blog titles, then click Next.

Step 3: Create Your Blog Content

In the last step, you can review and edit your blog titles. If needed, click the trash icon to delete them. You may also re-order the blogs by using the drag button on the left side of your blog posts (Blogs will post in order from top to bottom).

Click Create, and the Content Marketing Pro will start generating your posts.

While your posts are being generated, you can track their progress using the AI Nav Bar or from the bar on top of your Blogs collection. Clicking the “View New Post” link will take you to the tab where you have created your posts (Scheduled or Draft). Keep in mind that you may not see your new blogs if you have sorted this page.

Viewing Your Blogs

The blogs will automatically appear in the Scheduled or Draft tab depending on the settings you selected in Step 1.

You may click into a blog to view and edit its content.
