Top Rated Local® allows customers to add a business to leave a review. If a customer has already added your business, you need to claim that listing as your own. If you have a Marketing 360® account, you can follow the steps below to claim your Business Location in the Reputation app.
If you don't have one, create a free Marketing 360® account.
Log in to app.marketing360.com. Click Dashboard in the top-left corner, then select Reputation from the menu.
If no listing is connected, you will see a message that says "No Business Locations Detected." Click Add Business.
Search for your city and select it from the list.
Search for your business name. If your business appears in the results, click its title to claim it.
Enter your required business details (marked with an *). Click Continue.
Provide any additional optional details (description, public email, website link, business hours) to improve the accuracy of your listing information. Click Save to complete the process.
Your claimed business location will now appear in the drop-down list on the top-right corner of your Reputation dashboard.
Trial Period Note: Upon creating your Marketing 360® account, you get a 14-day free trial. Any information you enter during this trial will remain on your Top Rated Local® profile even after the trial expires.
You have the option to upgrade to the Marketing 360® Lite plan for $12/yr, which includes continued access to the Reputation app. More info on the Reputation app can be found here. Should you decide to upgrade your account, you can simply update the payment method in your Marketing 360® account.
If you do not have a Marketing 360® account, you may be required to verify your affiliation with the Business Location through Top Rated Local®. To start, submit a support request here (link to support form).
You have two options for verification:
Email Verification: Send an email from an email address that matches your business name (e.g., if your business is "MADventure Outdoors," use an email ending in @madventures.com). In the email, simply state that you would like to claim/be added to the listing.
Document Verification: If you do not have a matching email address, you must provide a picture or scan of documents that prove your ownership or affiliation. This can include:
Utility bill
Business license
Property tax record
Lease agreement
If your business name has already been claimed in Marketing 360®, it typically means one of two things:
A Teammate/Co-worker Claimed It: A colleague may have already claimed the business. You need to log in to Marketing 360® using the email address they originally used. If the password is unknown, use the "I Forgot My Password" link.
Another Business with the Same Name: A different business with the same name has claimed their listing. Contact our customer support team (link to contact form) to help you create a unique listing for your business.
