How to Request Reviews

How to Request Reviews

No matter how good the service, product, or customer experience is, it's tough to assume that every customer will leave a review. You can help encourage your customers to leave a review on your Top Rated Local® page with the Request Reviews tool.

How to Request a Review

Log in to Marketing 360. On the left-hand sidebar, click on Reputation to navigate to your Reputation Overview. This is where you can manage your reviews or business listing information on the Top Rated Local® platform.

Next, click on Request Reviews from the page menu.

At the top of the page, you will see a section where you can add your Top Rated Local, Facebook and Google review links.
Use the Copy button to copy your URL so it can be included anywhere! Here's how you can add your review link to one of your email templates.

Review Request Template

The platform will automatically build a review request email template for you to use. To use this template, click the Copy Template button, and paste it into your email provider.

IdeaTip: To ensure your template is unique to your brand, make sure you fill out your Brand Profile assets page

Your template will have a button that says “Leave us a Review”. By default, this will link to your Top Rated Local profile.

If you would like the button to link to your Google or Facebook profile instead, you can change the default review link in the section above. Simply select the Set as Default option next to the link you want to use, and click Save
