Managing Your Online Reviews in Top Rated Local®

Manage and Respond to Reviews

Maintaining a positive online reputation is essential for attracting new customers. You can manage and respond to the reviews on your Top Rated Local® listing in the Marketing 360® Reputation app.

Find Your Business' Reviews

  1. Log in to Marketing 360® at https://app.marketing360.com/.

  2. Click Reputation from the App menu.

  3. Click Reviews from the Reputation page menu. This shows all reviews left on your Top Rated Local® listing.

  4. Use the Filters option to filter reviews by date, rating, or flag, or sort them by score or date.

Reply to a Review

Replying to reviews shows customers that you are engaged and value their feedback.

  • Simply type your response and click the Reply button. The reply will be publicly displayed below the review on your Top Rated Local® profile and app.

  • If the review is marked as private, both the reply and the review will be hidden.

Advanced Review Actions

Click the overflow menu (the three-dot icon) next to any review to access the following advanced actions:

ActionDescription
Verify a reviewUse this if a user forgot to verify their review via email. Once verified, click this option to display a 'Verified' badge next to the review on your listing.
Make a review privateHides the content of a review from your public profile. This is useful for reviews containing untrue claims or profane language. Note: The star rating is still factored into your overall Rating Score.
Challenge verificationUse this if you suspect a review was not submitted by an actual customer. This removes the rating and review until proof of customer affiliation (e.g., receipt, invoice) is provided to a Reputation Manager.
Re-rate requestIf you have resolved the issue that caused a negative review, use this option to send the customer an opportunity to update their review and rating.
Management notesAdd internal notes for your team that are only visible to your teammates. You can view Recent notes or Add A Note. You can also select the option to Send copy of note to reviewer.

Review Management Tools

You can set up an automatic tool to help you address negative feedback quickly.

  1. Go to the Reputation Settings page, then choose Review Management on the left-hand sidebar.

  2. You will see an option to automatically mark all new Top Rated Local® reviews as private when the overall rating is less than 2 stars.

Tip: Marking these reviews as private allows you to take time to respond, learn about the customer's experience, resolve the issue, and then send a re-rate request to encourage an updated review. Note: This option does not affect reviews that are already posted.
