When connecting a location to Listings, the system uses specific statuses to inform you of the request's current state. This guide explains what each status means and what action you should take.
| Status | Description | Action Required |
| SUBMITTED | Your request to connect this location has been submitted for processing. The status typically updates shortly, usually within seconds. | None. Wait for the status to change to 'Processing' or 'Complete'. |
| PROCESSING | Your request is currently being processed. The status typically updates shortly, usually within seconds. | None. Wait for the status to change to 'Complete' or a different status. |
| COMPLETE | The request was successfully processed. Your Listings data will begin loading soon. | None. The connection is successful. |
| CANCELED | The request was purposefully canceled by Marketing 360 and was not processed. | Contact Support. Note the custom message explaining the cancellation and include it when speaking with your dedicated team or platform support. |
| REVIEW | The request is being reviewed by Marketing 360®. This often occurs because the location may be a duplicate of one already receiving this service through a different partner. | Wait for Review. The status will update to either 'Canceled' or 'Complete' once the review is finished. |
| FAILED | Processing the request failed due to a technical issue. No changes were made to your account. | Try Again or Contact Support. You can attempt the request again. If it fails again, note the custom message explaining the error and share it with your dedicated team or platform support. |
