Social Calendar Overview

The Social Calendar is your central hub for viewing upcoming and past posts, editing content, and creating new posts by simply dragging in your pre-existing content from your content library.

To navigate to the Calendar, select the Publish tab at the top of your Social app, then click Calendar at the top of the page.

Customize your social calendar

Your Social Calendar offers three distinct views: month, week, and day. Each view has unique advantages, making it easier to manage your posts effectively. Use the time period selections on the top-right corner of the calendar to toggle the views. Navigate forward and back on your calendar by using the left and right arrows on the top-left corner of the calendar.

On the top-right corner of the calendar are three icons:

Refreshes your calendar to show the latest updates and post schedule.
Lets you customize your calendar's color scheme and color-code based on platforms or content tags.
Downloads your current calendar view to your device as a CSV file.

By default, posts are color-coded as follows:

Green The post published successfully.
Red with a "hazard" icon The post failed to publish.
Blue The post is scheduled for a future date.
Light Orange with a "hazard" icon The post was not approved at the time of publishing.
Brighter Orange A scheduled post that still requires approval.

Create posts on your social calendar

There are two ways to create a post on the calendar view:

  1. Clicking on the calendar: Pick a date and time slot to create a post, then follow the prompts to add your content and schedule the post.
  2. Dragging and dropping content: You can also drag existing content directly onto the calendar for a quick setup.

Edit posts on your social calendar

To edit a post, click on the post on the calendar, then select the "three dots" icon on the right. Your editing options will vary based on the post's status. For example, with an upcoming scheduled post, you can edit the post, manage its content, adjust the post timing, or delete it as needed.
