In the Mentions section of the Social app, you have visibility into anyone mentioning your brand and the social accounts you manage. We know that keeping on top of mentions can be critical for boosting positive engagement and often recommend creating a testimonial schedule from these mentions. Luckily, you can easily do that from this section!

To navigate to your Mentions:

1. Select Activity Feed at the top of your Social app.
2. Click Mentions at the top of the page.

On the Mentions page, you can view your most recent mentions. The first drop down menu allows you to filter for which social account you would like to view your mentions from.

The second drop down menu allows you to filter your mentions by time, type of impression and by platform.

The third search bar is where you are able to search by keyword for a mention.

While viewing a post you received a mention on, you can click the "three dots" icon to the right of the post to copy or manage the post.

You can also able comment or respond to mentions on the post.
